The San Antonio Post Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) is currently taking applications to sponsor (SAME covers costs) high school students to go to one of the military academies for an engineering and construction camp for a week in the summer.

Many colleges and universities offer the opportunity to stay and
learn on campus during the summer. This will give you an idea of the campus
environment, the culture of the campus, and the fit of that particular
institution. Most programs have a cost associated with them, but some may offer
scholarships to attend.
