Please verify that your reside in the Boerne High School attendance zone prior to contacting your student's counselor to make an appointment for new student registration.
The BHS counselors will be conducting new student registration on August 2nd, 3rd, and 4th and again during the week of August 8th. REGISTRATION IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact your student's counselor via email (or phone through 16 June), to set up an appointment according to the following alpha breakdown:
- Ashlie D'Spain (student last names beginning with A-Gn) 830.357.2231
- Richmond Frasier (student last names beginning with Go-N) 830.357.2232
- Donna Landreth (student last names beginning O-Z) 830.357.2233
Be sure to include a working phone number to enable your student's counselor to contact you and set up an appointment. Also, please note that the counselors will be out on summer break beginning June 17th through July 31st and will be back in their offices on August 1st. Email will be checked periodically during this time.
Once your appointment is made, be prepared to arrive 15-20 minutes early to complete the required paperwork which will be made available to you when you arrive. Additionally, you must have the following documents to complete the registration process. Please note that your appointment is subject to rescheduling if any of the following documents are not provided:
- Proof of BISD residency- documentation can be a current utility bill with physical address, current phone bill with physical address, lease contract, or the closing statement from home purchase. One of these documents must be presented before registration can begin.
- Birth certificate
- Social Security Card
- Immunization Records* - see note below
- Transcript, report card or withdrawal form from previous school- this is very important - will cause registration delay if not received. These documents should include school address, phone and fax number
- Name, address and date of birth of person enrolling student (Driver's License)
Out of State/Private School or Home-Schooled Students: the student's immunization record needs to be faxed to the attention of the BHS School Nurse at 830-357-2210 for verification of shots before the enrollment procedure can begin. Make sure to include a contact number on the fax. The State of Texas does not allow enrollment into a Texas public school without proper immunizations.
